Regulations
To operate personal watercraft: minimum age: 16 years and proof of driver's license or Pleasure Craft Operator Card. If you have this card you must present a ID card including your address.
To be passager: Minimum age: 8 years
Weight: : No limite
Physical fitness: none required except that you must be able to get back on the Jet Ski (PWC) by yourself.
You must be sober and not under the influence of drugs to be able to take part in our excursions. We reserve the right not to accept a customer who represents any risk for security reasons (impaired, etc.). In case of a refusal, the customer loses his payment of the excursion.
$750 refundable deposit, Interact, credit card or cash. (Protection in the event of an accident) the customer is responsible for the damage that he causes to the equipment of Jet Ski Passion and those that it causes to a third party. (physical, psychological, material and all other)
You must receive Boating Safety training from Jet Ski Passion prior to all excursions if you do not have a Pleasure Craft Operator Card. In this case, you must present yourself 40 minutes before the departure of your excursion. If you have this card you must show up 25 minutes before the departure of your excursion. Any delay will be deducted from the scheduled excursion.
You must sign a disclaimer.
The customer is solely responsible for contraventions or penalties issued by all types of authorities.
Reservation policies and concellation
A 50% deposit or the total amount of the excursion is required upon booking.
Reservations are non-refundable, but subject to changeable availability 7 days prior to excursion.
Only Jet Ski Passion may decide at its discretion to postpone a excursion at a later date due to bad weather.
